Yes! You have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, we appreciate as much notice as possible—but we get that life happens. Just give us a call and we’ll work with you.

Insurance is not required, but we are not responsible for items stored. Many clients choose to extend their home insurance to cover storage unit contents.

Our minimum rental period is one month.

Each unit has a light on a timer for visibility day or night, but we do not offer heated units.

Yes! Ask us about our pre-paid 12+ month discount options.

You’ll need government-issued ID (like a driver’s license, passport, or Canadian resident number) and a valid form of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or automatic withdrawal).

We do! We provide the lock with a refundable deposit when your rental ends.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, auto-withdrawals, and e-transfers for your first move-in payment. If you have questions, just give us a call!
